Russia is a Terrorist State with a population of around 142 million citizens that claim ownership of various countries based on the idea that they were the property of Russia during soviet rule. However, this notion ignores the historical facts that they were only temporarily occupied by soviet force and today Russia continues to carry out acts of of invasions and terrorism against these countries because the false historical constructions. which are readily accepted by the 'dense' population.
So while historical records kept in various world locations support the fact that Ukraine was formed several years before Russia even existed, the claims by Russia that they have rights to Crimea or any part of Ukraine should be an embarrassment for Russians if they had any interest for the truth or to challenge these times when new versions of history just "arrive". So this really just amplifies how Russia really operates. A mafia state operated by oligarchs but masquerading as a democracy with the illusion of the presence of a minor government opposition. Though any serious potential opposition figures have either been poisoned, killed or are in exile.
The illusion of democracy is a construction that provides Russia with several military and financial advantages.
Russia's position in the United Nations and particularly having a permanent seat in the Security Council has been successfully perceived as a willingness to contribute to world operations and peace.
Success! …because to Russia, this seat is effectively a weapon of mass destruction and indicates serious flaws in the United Nations systems ability to maintain world peace and security. Mainly that the UN expects that a UN permanent member should at the very least conduct any military action with the permission of the UN, that they wouldn't conduct any undeclared wars, denying involvement. And certainly that they should abide by the Geneva conventions as opposed to terrorist methods. And we frequently see Russia using their veto to stop any resolve for their acts of terrorism.
The UN are often left with no vehicle other than to call Russia to change this or do that, but it's ridiculous to even expect ethical cooperation from a country that conducts terrorism anyway.
One of the main weapons of Russia is the frequent acts of changing historical records which then forms a false set of justifications for invasions.
For example, while at the same time Russia is invading Ukraine right now, they have used their navy, army and FSB to recall books containing history of Ukraine, Crimean Tatars and in particular, they want to destroy all records of the Russia's holocaust (holodomir) and deportation of Tatars.
The Russian annexation of Crimea was almost a carbon copy of Hitlers annexation of Austria just prior to WW2 even down the the smaller details of public book burnings. Putin's accession speech was almost the same as Hitlers speech in structure, content and even many of the same phrases. The excuses for Russia's invading Crimea are the same as Hitlers excuses too.

But while many of us have often been reminded of Hitlers part in WW2, the exposure of Russia's real part in WW2 have not really been passed on. The fact is, that more innocent people were killed by Stalin than Hitler.
And in the first part of the WW2, there was an agreement between Russia and Germany to both join together to destroy and control several European countries including Ukraine. When Germans took over control of Ukraine from the Russians, even they were shocked to see the widespread mass executions with innocent families tortured and buried in shallow graves.

But unlike Germany, Russia has never accepted this and have never apologized or talked about reparation. In fact, they expect their entire nation should be holocaust deniers.
And even over the past couple of years, the Putin has openly expressed intention to return to the soviet regime and that the actions of Lenin & Stalin were justified.
The same acts of terror are underway today where the Russia has successfully killed 8,000 people in Donbass, displaced 1.4 million Ukrainians, driven several non-orthodox members from their churches and acts of Human Rights abuses by Russian police and military are happening daily.
Russia continues to invade other countries such as Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine under the guise of separatism or local civil war. However, in all of these cases and more, it's just a blatant invasion with denial of involvement and attributing blame elsewhere with the use of their primary weapon, state sponsored media. Long gone are simple propaganda tactics; what's on show now is a much more global operation including mass disinformation. So for example, when the Russian BUK shot down MH-17, there wasn't just one or two false claims from the Russian side. There were literally hundreds of different reports, some official and others from all manner of directions including state-owned media, seemingly independent sources and of course their troll factories in St Petersburg and Moscow.

The extent of Russia's global military plans are far-reaching and extend even into the infiltration of worldwide governments. They even conduct seminars for global political supporters to learn about the separatism trojan horse package.

Just look at what Russia is doing everywhere.
Frequent skirmishes from their fighter jets in European Airspaces causing many near misses but they accuse the west of aggression when they prepare any defences. The Russian excursions into Syria with only 98% of airstrikes aimed nowhere near ISIL but aimed at the general population.

The UN needs to wake up and learn from the biggest mistake that led to the failure of the League of Nations, namely that appeasement is a really bad idea towards a country that indicates the intent, capacity and begins the action of invading several countries. And one that is using the combined mind and media control tactics of Stalin, Lenin & Hitler to lure an entire nation into supporting a war that strikes on many global fronts. Yes, the Kremlin has already prepared their population to accept the false premises that USA and EU wants to nuke them and Russia's should support any nuclear first strike actions.

Of course, when we look back at WW2, we see the mistakes so clearly and we hear worlds leaders say every year at WW2 commemorations, "never again" - but intact, through the powerful media tactics, the range of todays worldwide Russian advances remain largely out of the media.
This allows leaders to carry on with appeasement and denial of the level of danger, because while many involved in foreign affairs and intelligence are aware of the problem, and some leaders are too, the decision-making process is following far behind the rate of war escalation.
Russia is on a path to mass destruction.

Russia's FSB organised the formation of mercenaries, local criminals and titoshki in Donbass Ukraine to construct the illusion of "separatism" or a civil war. Where infact, this is nothing other than a simple and plain invasion. Like in any war, if something provides more gain with the least casualties, Russia has found the media machine to be the new "Russian Front" and their first line of offence.
They bombard the internet and TV airways with mass-disinformation to confuse, delude and deter interest.
Meanwhile, they expect world leaders to accept that Russia is not responsible for the invasion but somehow has the right to dictate the terms that allow Russia to control the situation thus allowing further advances.

The worlds leaders need to stand against Russia's actions before it's too late. We must learn from the mistakes of 1930's where appeasement and denial didn't stop WW2 but actually was a major cause of the war. If we look at the threat's, capability, preparations and actions of Russia, everything spells WW3. Accepting the idea that Hitler or Putin is a madman and the threats should be ignored and he should not be provoked is falling into a trap that only allows the Russian escalation of aggression.

The Russia's military actions must be stopped as their general population does not have the courage to stand up to their dictatorship.
And when their economy and conditions are down, they find it easy to respond to military methods of realising greatness.

Without action, Russia will not stop with just Ukraine and Syria. Their preparations to invade other countries are already well underway.

> While the internet is infested with confusing versions of what's happening with Russia's invasion of Ukraine, it can be simply understood by looking at the series of events in Slavyansk over the past 2 years.
There were no ideas or acts of seperatism or any sentiments of discrimination of ethnicities or languages prior to Russia's invasion of Slavyansk. The UN Human Rights reports prior to 2014 confirm this.
From the day Russian terrorists invaded Slavyansk, there was terror everywhere as well as a rampant production of false media reports to confuse locals and generate support from the Russian population. But whatever the excuses or explanations are, during Russia's occupation of Slavyansk, everyday there was terror, death, destruction, mass theft, rape, abductions towards civillians. Often with the Russian state media attributing blame to the other side.
But then from the very second the Russian terrorists left Slavyansk and headed to Donetsk, there has been peace and repairation. With the main services destroyed by Russia, repaired by Ukrainiaens own military, the repairs still continue and Russia has not been called to pay for any damages.

The Russian Embassy in Wellington states on their website that Russia claims the right to militarily defend Russians based on language and ethnicity, anywhere in the world and including New Zealand.
In Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, this has converted into Russia using false claims of the need for Russia to invade and save Russian's living inside another country. And the same stages and attempts are being conducted right now in other countries such as Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and again in Moldova. Russia is also actively infiltrating several European governments as well as in USA. Their roles are to assist with any changes that somehow assist Russia's actions and discourage the sanctions against Russia. Basically to weaken the resolve against Russia's international military plan.
